Fall Line Condominiums

The Fall Line condominium complex is located next to the Sundance trail at Sunday River for easy access to the South Ridge base complex. At South Ridge you can purchase lift tickets, lessons, rent equipment and stroll thru the well-equipped ski and snow board shop. South Ridge is also the location for the mountain’s new Chondola, a combination high speed chair and gondola lift to the North Peak.

Fall Line condominiums are perfect for beginners and expert skiers alike. The Sundance Trail permits beginners to stay in the area for the green trails; while more experienced skiers can use the area as a departure point for the other peaks. Grab the Chondola at the bottom of the Sundance Trail and ski towards Jordan Bowl, crossing Sunday River’s numerous peaks along the way. Or, ride the South Ridge detachable quad for access to Spruce, Barke, Locke and White Cap areas... including Sunday River's signature White Heat trail.

Fall Line is truly a unique ski vacation location. The area around the condominiums benefit from the  mountain's first snow making efforts early in the season.  Because the complex is located near the learning slopes, snow making crews always start at South Ridge, before expanding to either side (Jordan and White Heat last). Snow can be seen on the ground as early as Thanksgiving.  This makes Fall Line the perfect rental home for early season skiers, as well as, deep into the season.
 

The complex has the amenities and creature comforts to ensure a relaxing vacation! Onsite facilities include:
·         Heated indoor swimming pool, with showers and changing facilities
·         Indoor hot tub, room for six at a time!
·         Two saunas.
·         Large common room, with comfy sofas and chairs, gas-fired fireplace and scenic pictures on the walls.
·         A Separate TV/game room, great for kids and teens.

All Fall Line units offer a with private deck, full kitchen facilities, sleeping for 4-6, a living room with TV/VCR/DVD and individually controlled electric heat. Each unit has a ski storage locker in the basement. Units are on the ground level (direct walkout access) or up one flight to the second level. Many have fantastic views of the trails, the lifts and many of eight peaks that make up Sunday River.

Directions: Take Route 26 North to 2 East towards Sunday River.  Take left onto Sunday River Road. Head towards South Ridge Lodge at Sunday River. You will pass the lodge head past Southridge under a small bridge (underpass).  The Fall Line main entrance will be on your left.  Check in at New England Vacation Rentals desk at the Main entrance near Gringo Harry’s.
